The team at Affinity Solutions was responsible for assisting in managing the installation and commissioning of generators on simple cycle Power plant. This included installation and troubleshooting of regulative systems and plant control systems. Also participated in the tendering process which included assisting in pre-qualification process, invitation to tender, organize pre-bid site visit and meeting, developing queries for prebid conferences, incorporating and keeping track of addendum. During implementation ensuring that the works were carried out in accordance with technical specifications and contract documents. Also ensure application of sound quality control procedures for all aspects of the works and relevant compliances. Monitor the progress of project implementation, and direct and revise the work as may be required. Construction supervision and contract management, and cost control of works, measurement and certification of works. Prepared various reports as required by the project and client.
